Queensway Government Offices Project by Trane-EMSD-HKGBC Honored with Three ASHRAE Awards

Trane Hong Kong has recently won three ASHRAE Technology Awards conferred by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), in recognition of its chiller retrofitting project involving four new Trane CenTraVac™ chillers at the Queensway Government Offices (QGO). These chillers applied the next-generation HFO refrigerant R514A, and helped QGO save over 30 percent of energy consumption and millions of dollars of operation cost.
