Heat Pump Sales Up 25% in Finland

Combustion-based heating generates a significant proportion of total CO2 emissions in Finland. Under Finnish conditions, heat pumps are often the most practical and cost-effective solution for combustion-free transition. Electrification of heat is well under way in Finland, with 1.2 million heat pumps providing almost 20% of all heating. The growth of the heat pump market is accelerating. In 2021, the market grew by 25%.
