Mitsubishi Electric: Spark Business District

Spark Business District is the new business district in Milan in the southern part of Santa Giulia, a mixed use urban regeneration project. Santa Giulia is a new inclusive and vibrant residential community, which now includes Spark human-centered workplaces, the 3rd largest urban park, a new retail experience and new school complex. In fact, Spark is one of Milan’s best connected districts, located in close proximity to Rogoredo metro station which provides seamless connections to an integrated transport network including motorways, high-speed trains, and Linate international airport. The Spark District has more than 100,00 m² of office space and about 2,500 m² for retail, amenities, and Food&Beverage.
