Wieland has acquired Provides, a leading company in the research, development and production of heat exchangers with locations in Italy, the United States, and China, effective February 28, 2022. With Wieland’s leading expertise in copper alloys and the technologies of the Provides specialists, products in the field of air conditioning and refrigeration (AC&R) technology will be jointly developed in the future.
