Hoshizaki Acquires Brema, Italian Manufacturer

On January 18, 2022, Hoshizaki announced that it has decided to acquire all shares of Brema Group, an Italian manufacturer of commercial icemakers, through Hoshizaki Europe, a subsidiary wholly owned by Hoshizaki. With the addition of Brema to Hoshizaki Group, the company aims to become the No. 1 commercial icemaker manufacturer in Europe.
