Haier Thailand Aims to Penetrate High-end Market in 2022

On December 17, 2021, Thansettakij News reported in a local Thai commercial newspaper that Zhang Zhenghui, chief executive officer (CEO) of Haier Southeast Asia, said that Haier Thailand’s 2021 sales are estimated to have surpassed 7.92 billion baht (about US$ 237 million), growing 29% compared with 2020. Of the company’s total sales, air conditioner sales approached 3.12 billion baht (about US$ 93 million), an increase of 9%, accounting for 12.7% of the market share.
