New Year’s Resolutions from Global Association Leaders - AREA

During the last two years, we’ve witnessed more than ever that contractors are fundamental for our daily lives; they design, install, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump (RACHP) equipment, to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency in all essential services such as supermarkets, hospitals, data centers, and workplaces. AREA is proud of the work done by all its members on the most topical points of discussion for our sector: illegal trade of F-gases, the European Green Deal, and F-gas Regulation review, etc. And I would like to emphasize that its members are concerned about the increasingly growing market demand for raw materials and skilled workers, both of which are lacking and are impacting operational costs for many European Union (EU) industries, especially in the fields of non-polluting cooling and heating solutions.
