Haier Requests for Co-financing for Its Smart Factory in Tatarstan

Representatives of Haier met with Nail Magdeev, mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny City, Tatarstan, and requested that the city co-finance the engineering infrastructure for the construction of its smart factory in the city.
