Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning: DXS Single-effect Double-lift Absorption Chiller

Hitachi’s DXS single-effect doublelift absorption chiller, which was developed under commissioned research of the NEDO, Japan, is a hot-water-driven absorption chiller which recovers unused thermal energy for cooling effectively, by utilizing thermal energy down to as low as approximately 55°C.
