Africa Proposes Cooling Appliance Market Transformation under the Montreal Protocol

Ghana, on behalf of Africa, has submitted to the Montreal Protocol a draft decision called a Conference Room Paper (CRP) proposing next steps in stopping the environmentally harmful dumping of new and used cooling appliances that are inefficient and use obsolete refrigerants.
