Scotsman LegacyThe Legacy from Scotsman is a concept that the company believes shows the future of ice machines.  Unveiled at Host 2021, the self-contained icemaker features a variety of innovations, ranging from the materials it is made from to its internal components.  And while these innovations deliver significant benefits, not least an increased production capacity compared to the equivalent EC Scotsman machine, it will probably be the striking looks – black, sleek, glossy and contoured – that create a buzz with visitors to Host.
