Swegon: new water optimisation function in WISE

The new function optimises the water temperature based on the actual need in the room, as well as it connects the WISE-system with the cooling/heating production unit. This function reduces the energy use for cooling and heating with up to 15%. It also contributes to a greater comfort, reduced risk of condensation and makes it easier to avoid oversizing of production units.
