Takagi Refrigerating Releases REI-L Series Circulation Chillers

On July 26, 2021, Takagi Refrigerating started selling REI-L series circulation-type chillers.Interest in global environmental issues is growing worldwide. In response to market needs, REI-L series circulating chillers use the lower global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant R448A with a GWP of 1,387, which is about 64% lower than that of R404A.
In addition, by adopting a direct current (DC) inverter, the cooling capacity has been increased by about 10 to 20% in the low-temperature range (chilled water at a temperature of 5ºC or less) and by about 20 to 30% in the higher temperature range (chilled water at a temperature of 10ºC).
