HPTCJ Announces 2021 Demand Side Management Awards

On July 1, 2021, Heat Pump and Thermal Storage Technology Center of Japan (HPTCJ) announced the recipients of Demand Side Management Awards for 2021. The Demand Side Management Awards were established to promote the expanded use of ‘electric load leveling systems,’ which encompass equipment and comprehensive systems that are recognized as contributory to electric load leveling, and also enlighten the general public regarding electric load leveling. The HPTCJ widely promotes applications for the Awards and gives the Awards to particularly excellent electric load leveling systems among the applications. Shown below are three manufacturers’ equipment and systems that received the HPTCJ Chairman’s Awards in the category of Equipment such as heat pumps and peripheral equipment contributing to electric load leveling.
