Emerson Advances Sustainability for Commercial AC with New Scroll Solution

On August 5, 2021, Emerson announced the launch of its new Copeland 110 cc variable speed scroll compressor and 36 kW inverter drive solution. Both are manufactured in China and are available for global distribution.
Emerson’s new Copeland 110 cc variable speed scroll compressor is designed to deliver outstanding part load and full-peak load performance, enabling OEMs to meet regulatory energy efficiency standards. A tandem configuration of variable speed and fixed speed compressors allows OEMs the flexibility to expand the range and strike the best balance between efficiency and cost. The Copeland 110 cc variable speed scroll compressor is coupled with a perfectly matched 36 kW inverter drive, enabling customers to meet shorter development time and achieve cost savings.
