Outes is following new refrigerant technology development and has teamed up with upstream refrigerant enterprises to research technology, and optimize designs to be applicable for new refrigerants; it has also retrofitted and expanded labs to set up a new research team to focus on creating new techniques, as well as to retrofit production equipment and testing equipment.
