Refrigerated Container Factory Planned for Russia

According to TASS, a Russian news agency, a refrigerated container factory is planned for construction in Kolyma. The project is a part of the seaport of Magadan development program. According to Sergei Nosov, governor of the Magadan region, the total investment in the development of a port will amount to 25 billion rubles (about US$ 340 million).
