Usher Hall is an extraordinary blend of historical and contemporary, traditional and modern, inside and out. The stunning Edwardian building required a modern HVAC solution to facilitate a wider range of performers and audiences. FES were appointed to carry out various M&E systems upgrades throughout the building, including new boiler plant, new chillers, Auditorium Supply AHU refurbishment & site wide BMS renewal. Daikin Applied Service was selected because of the great customer service and reputable quality products, to supply chillers and upgrade/refurbish the existing Auditorium Supply AHU.
