New Russian Regulation on Imports/ Exports of HFCs

On April 18, 2021, Russia enacted a regulation that defined a permissive procedure for the import/export of hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants on List F. This procedure was internationally approved as complying with the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol adopted on October 15, 2016.
