Kaizen is a Japanese term translated as ‘continuous improvement’, it is a strategy applied to business activities that involves all employees, from the production line workers to the CEO, to improve specific processes in the company. It entered the global business vocabulary in the 1980s thanks to the incredible results in Toyota’s automobile factories in making improvements to their assembly line, supply chain, and other business processes.
