Asian Development Bank’s Innovation Challenge on Disease Resilient and Energy-Efficient Air-Conditioning Systems

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has launched the Innovation Challenge on Disease Resilient and Energy-Efficient Air-Conditioning Systems.The challenge looks for technology innovations that help can boost disease resilience, energy efficiency, and smart digitalization in centralized air-conditioning systems in public buildings of ADB developing member countries. The challenge ultimately aims to mitigate the risks of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic and other airborne viruses in public buildings while promoting clean energy development.
