Voltas Announces Restructuring of B2B Business

The board of directors of Voltas, at its meeting held on November 6, agreed in principle to restructure its business-to-business (B2B) comprising domestic projects relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), water projects and contracts, mining and construction equipment, and textile machinery by transferring them to a wholly owned subsidiary company Rohini Industrial Electricals.
