New Year’s Resolutions from Global Association Leaders - IIR

The year 2020 was marked by the COVID-19 outbreak, which overturned the entire world economy and trade between countries. Sales of refrigeration equipment and air conditioners were impacted, but this should not affect the general upward trends. Economic recovery is underway. The pandemic greatly affected the activity of the IIR, in particular, the organization of its conferences and the launch of its projects in several countries. Conferences were often postponed until 2021 and those that were maintained were held partially or totally online. New ways of working and exchange had to be put in place.
