Sanhua Sets up a Comprehensive Energy Company

Sanhua signed an agreement to set up a new joint venture (JV) comprehensive energy company in Xinchang County, the east-central part of Zhejiang Province. The new company will cover business fields including the production and supply of thermal energy, electric power, and gas. Sanhua will hold a 39% share, making it the second largest shareholder, with Zhejiang Energy Group as the largest shareholder with 51% share.
