Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning: DXS Single-effect Double-lift Absorption Chiller

‘DXS’ Hitachi single-effect double-lift absorption chiller, which was developed under the commissioned research of New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), Japan, is a hot-water-driven absorption chiller which recovers unused thermal energy for cooling effectively, by utilizing thermal energy down to as low as approximately 55°C.
