Trane Teams with Honeywell to Deliver Low-carbon Heat and Energy Cost Savings to Support Scotland’s Net-zero Carbon Emissions Targets

Trane®, a brand of global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), together with and Honeywell (NYSE: HON), announced today they are providing technologies for  a ground-breaking project generating low-carbon heat and energy cost savings to local public buildings and businesses in Stirling, Scotland. The district heating network project, developed in partnership with Scottish Water Horizons and Stirling Council, with support from the Scottish Government’s Low Carbon Infrastructure Transition Programme (LCITP), uses a variety of renewable energy sources including wastewater from Scottish Water’s adjacent sewage treatment works.
