Shanghai Highly Acquires Part of Marelli’s AC Business

On September 6, Shanghai Highly announced that it signed a memorandum of intent to purchase, in cash, Marelli Holding’s assets and businesses related to automobile air conditioning compressors and air conditioning systems. Marelli Holdings was formerly Magneti Marelli CK Holdings. The transaction amount will not exceed US$ 202,900,461.
