Toshiba Carrier Releases Universal Smart X Edge32 Series Chillers

In October 2020, Toshiba Carrier will start releasing Universal Smart X Edge32 series, as a new air-cooled heat pump chiller model.
By combining R32 refrigerant which has a low environmental burden and a newly developed direct current (DC) inverter twin-rotary compressor in the industry’s smallest edge form casing as an air-cooled module type chiller, the company has improved the coefficient of performance (COP) compared with that of the currently available R410A refrigerant model.
