Daikin R32 Chillers Are Popular in Australia

2020-10-25
Since launching split-type room air conditioners (RACs) using R32 refrigerant in Japan in 2012, Daikin has expanded its R32 split range all over the world. Introduced as an alternative to R410A refrigerant, R32 has a global warming potential (GWP) that is 66% lower than that of R410A, evaluated as the most balanced next-generation refrigerant in terms of safety, environmental impact, energy efficiency, and economy. Daikin has gradually expanded the use of R32 refrigerant from small split-type RACs to larger air conditioners such as packaged air conditioners (PACs), variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, and chillers.
