Melco: Redeveloping Fibonacci Square in Dublin

Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems, though its brand Climaveneta, has supplied the HVAC units for Fibonacci Square. Fibonacci Property ICAV, a joint venture between RGRE and Colony, have signed a 25-year lease agreement with Facebook for the 52,304 m² Fibonacci Square of which 32,500 m² are to be allocated for office space. The project has redeveloped the AIB Bank Centre site in Ballsbridge, Dublin by demolishing 4 existing offices buildings to make way for 2, six-storey buildings, with three basement levels.
