Toshiba Carrier to Release Condensing Units with New Refrigerants

Toshiba Carrier will release outdoor installation inverter condensing units that use either of R448A or R449A refrigerants with low global warming potentials (GWPs). The new inverter condensing units are available in three capacity classes of 6, 7, and 8 hp comprising three models. Advance sales already started on June 22, 2020, and regular sales are due to start on October 1, 2020.
