The QUEST project will evaluate the added value of quality management services to improve building performance and de-risk their financing.
 
The QUEST consortium is currently developing a methodology to collect empiric data on the impact of quality management services in building projects and to connect the data to the market value of buildings.  You can get more information about the methodology here.
