Johnson Controls Acquires EuroPAC

Johnson Controls, a global leader in smart building technology and solutions announced today that it closed an agreement to purchase EuroPAC Alarmcentrale and EuroPAC Telefooncentrale businesses. Based in The Netherlands, EuroPAC has operations in Benelux.
