Generali Tower: sustainability showcase

The Generali Tower in Milan has just been awarded LEED Platinum certification. The high rise building, designed by Zaha Hadid Studio, achieved the LEED Core & Shell Platinum certification by implementing valuable strategies such as installing an efficient HVAC system, based on Climaveneta units: AHUs for the tower and a combination of AHUs and Roof Top units for the shopping centre.
