Highly to Set up a JV for Vehicle AC Components

Highly will integrate its vehicle air conditioning component business with Marelli, a global automobile component brand established in 2019, by uniting Japan-based Calsonic Kansei and Italy-based Magneti Marelli. Highly and Marelli will set up a joint venture (JV) in China, and will transfer Marelli’s business to China.
