1. MHI and Stulz Celebrate 50 Years of Partnership
On October 31 and November 5, 2019, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) and Stulz held a ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand, to formally welcome more than 100 German customers. At the ceremony, Kaoru Kusumoto, executive vice president (EVP) of MHI and president of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Thermal Systems (MTH), underscored the great achievements and highlighted that he was honored to celebrate the 50-year business relationship with Stulz. Chairman Jürgen Stulz stated,“For Stulz as a family-owned company, it is both a milestone and a great event to be able to celebrate half a century of partnership with MHI.

2. ACREX India Building a Sustainable Future
The 21st edition of ACREX India, South Asia’s largest exhibition on air conditioning, heating, ventilation

3. Chemours Suspends Supply of High-GWP R404A and R507A in EU
Chemours suspended supply of high global warming potential (GWP) refrigerants R404A (GWP of 3,922) and R507A (GWP of 3,985) in the European Union (EU) as of January 1, 2020, to support the market transition driven by the EU F-gas Regulation to lower GWP alternatives and prepare for the next quota phasedown in 2021.

4. FTI Helping AC&R Industry Growth in Thailand
During the Bangkok RHVAC exhibition held on September 25–28, 2019, JARN interviewed Aroon Eamsureya, chairman of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Club, the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), co-organizer of the exhibition. 5. First Commercial AC Rolls Off Haier’s Production Line in India
Haier successfully assembled its first commercial air conditioner at the Haier Industrial Park in Pune, India and rolled it off the production line, marking the official launch of local production of Haier commercial air conditioners in India. Haier’s successful production implementation in India not only enhances its local competitiveness, but also creates new employment opportunities and improves the living standards of local residents. In addition, with Trinity localization strategy, Haier Central Air Conditioning in India can also improve delivery speed, improve the user experience, and better serve users.
