Although the weather varied greatly from one country to another, relatively hot weather boosted the air conditioner market in Europe in 2019. The RAC market in Europe as a whole increased by about 4.4% compared with last year. However, the economic outlook is still murky, and investment in equipment is restrained. The PAC market was also increased by 2.9% compared with last year. From the end of June 2019, the temperature in Belgium, France, Germany, and Northern Europe reached record high levels, and RAC sales in some regions have exploded, leading to digestion of a lot of inventory.
