Daikin Launches Innovation Platform Open to User Participation

On November 1, Daikin announced that the company will launch the ‘Daikin Launch X online platform’. The greatest feature of this project is that Daikin has created a new platform for publicizing Daikin’s products including those under development to customers through the crowdfunding site ‘Makuake’ and this platform enables Daikin to ask for customers’ opinions, requests, etc. in order to make further improvements, and to reflect customer input in product development.
