Johnson Controls acquires EasyIO Building and Energy Management System

Johnson Controls announced today that it closed an agreement to purchase the EasyIO Building and Energy Management System (BEMS) product line. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, EasyIO has operations in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America.
