Wiegmann Associates has begun HVAC work on two new ‘Hub on Campus’ high-rise complexes near the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. The projects have a combined budget of $79 million. Wiegmann is the Engineer of Record (EOR) and HVAC mechanical contractor for the design/build projects. The general contractor is ARCO National Construction and the architects are Antunovich Associates and Myefski Architects. The developer is Core Spaces.
