Haier Announces Its Second Industrial Park in India

China’s leading appliances maker Haier announced on March 29 the ground breaking ceremony of its second industrial park in India at Greater Noida near Delhi. The company had signed a memorandum of understanding with the Uttar Pradesh government last September to invest INR 30.69 billion (US$ 438 million) over the next three years in two phases.
