Blue Star Board Has a New Look

Blue Star, a major company in the air conditioning and commercial refrigeration business, has made changes in its board of directors with effect from April 1. The company has appointed Shailesh Haribhakti as the chairman, succeeding Suneel M. Advani who has retired from the board on March 31 in accordance with the retirement policy for non-executive directors. Suneel Advani has been appointed as chairman emeritus.
