Russia is the biggest room air conditioner (RAC) and packaged air conditioner (PAC) market in Europe. For variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, however, it is not among the top five markets in Europe. The VRF market in Russia is far behind the markets in Turkey, France, the United Kingdom, and Italy and lags slightly behind Germany and Spain.
