Buildings Performance Institute Europe releases EPBD guide

The Buildings Performance Institute Europe (BPIE) has released its guide on the implementation of the amended Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) (2018/844), in which EU member states agreed an objective to minimise CO2 emissions from buildings by 2050.
