Frascold Expands Product Range Adopting Natural Refrigerants

With the EU’s hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) phase-out entering its final stage, the industry has seen expanded use of natural refrigerants such as CO2, hydrocarbons (HCs), and ammonia. In Europe alone there are now some 14,000 transcritical CO2 supermarket systems and hundreds of thousands of HC heat pumps and plug-in units.
