Wisconn Valley Venture Fund hires fund manager

Advocate Aurora Health, Foxconn, Johnson Controls, and Northwestern Mutual announced today they have selected Jason Franklin Ph.D. to lead the $100 million Wisconn Valley Venture Fund.
