Xiaomi Purchases Shares of TCL Group

On January 6, 2019, TCL Group announced that Xiaomi Group stra- tegically invested in TCL Group. On January 4, 2019, Xiaomi Group purchased 65,168,803 shares via Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s second-tier market, accounting for 0.48% of TCL’s total share capital.
