Heat Pump Sales Soar in Finland

Heat pump sales in Finland rose 21.7% in 2018. The 76,000 heat pumps sold in 2018 represent a total investment of €450 million (US$ 514 million). In Finland, total sales of heat pumps to date have reached 900,000 units, representing a total annual output of 10 TWh, which corresponds to 15% of all heating in Finland’s residential and service buildings.
