Shinryo Acquires Suvidha Engineers

Suvidha Engineers India, a company founded in 1983, has agreed to an acquisition by Shinryo Group, a leading Japanese company in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), installation, and engineering space founded in 1956, in the form of 100% company share transfer by all the shareholders of the former. Thus, Suvidha has officially become part of Shinryo Group from October 1, 2018.
