Daikin has reached an agreement for the acquisition of Austria based AHT Group, a leading company in the commercial refrigeration market in Europe. With this acquisition, Daikin is adding AHT showcases to its own wide range of products, services, and solutions based on its air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

2. Chinese AC Exports Speed up to Avoid Higher U.S. Tariff

3. Beyond South Korea to the Global Market through HARFKO 2019
HARFKO, which has become a world-class global exhibition for refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, and refrigerants, will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2019. More than 30,000 buyers and nearly 300 exhibitors from about 30 countries around the world are expected to gather at the Kintex exhibition center during a four-day period from March 12 to 15, 2019.

4. Bitzer and Wurm are Shaping the Future Together
Bitzer and the automation expert Wurm have paved the way for a successful future together. On November 8, both companies signed a joint venture (JV) agreement in which Bitzer will be the majority shareholder of the newly established Wurm Holding GmbH from January 1, 2019. As a leading manufacturer of electronic system solutions for refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation applications, all national and international Wurm companies will be integrated into the new holding company. The cooperation is still subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
